Most people give 60 day notice for when they want to move out, so the best time to reserve an apartment would be 2 months before we want to move in. I think we should also go visit the place sometime while you are here because I think you would like seeing it. It's only a couple miles from the metro and it is about 10 miles from the complex to my school, so it's still very close to everything.

If you have anymore questions or anything, let me know and I'll call! I love you so much, Sethy!

This is how happy we will be if we move here:

The "Neighborhood"

This is what it looks like right when you get off the freeway (Exit 6B from I270)

These pictures are taken from the main road you take for 2.2 miles once you get off the free way (28W, Key West Rd)... it is 2 (sometimes 3 if there is a turn lane) lanes on each side and pretty sparse. There are some neighborhoods off of it with enormous houses as well as some corporate campuses. You then turn right on to Diamonback Rd which really has very little off of it except apartment/condo communities and is a pretty small road. Avalon is like 0.2 miles down that road. The apartment complex itself is surrounded by some woods and a couple ponds and stuff, it was nothing like Silver Spring or Bethesda, a much smaller community.
Inside the model 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment:

Dining Room

Kitchen

Laundry Room (off the kitchen)
...every apartment has its own washer and dryer

Living Room
...every apartment has a deck or patio

Walk-in closet with mirrored doors...
all of the apartments have walk-in closets either in the bedroom(s) or the bathroom(s)

Linen closet in the bathroom.

Bathrooms:
1 bedrooms have one full bath
2 bedrooms have two full baths
every loft has a half bath
so...
if you had a 1BR with loft, you'd have 1.5 baths
if you had a 2BR with a loft, you'd have 2.5 baths
Close up of a garage-- they're just like your one in Petoskey. Same size I think.
Here are some more pictures outside:

These are little private storage units that are available for $50/mo.

Pretty much all the buildings look similar to this.

Garages... just like the one you had in Petoskey.

Mailboxes.

Another building with a view of some balconies... a lot of them had satellite dishes on some buildings.
